Russell Country FCU’s Bryan Fox inducted into the Credit Union House Hall of Leaders
March 13, 2024 2:02 pmMarch 13, 2024 — Russell Country Federal Credit Union retired board member, Bryan Fox, has been inducted into the Credit Union House Hall of Leaders in honor of his significant contributions to the credit union industry. The ceremony took place at the Marriott Marquis on Sunday, March 3. Members of the Hall of Leaders are exceptional individuals who have dedicated their lives to perpetuating the credit union mission and philosophy.
“The Credit Union House Hall of Leaders is a unique opportunity to recognize individuals who have made incredible contributions and have had a tremendous influence on our movement at the local, state, or national level,” said Patrick La Pine, Credit Union House chair and CEO of the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates.
As a volunteer board member, Bryan’s impact on Russell Country FCU is immeasurable. Starting at the
age of 21 on the Supervisory Committee, he quickly progressed to becoming a board member at 23. Over his tenure, Bryan has navigated the credit union through seven CEOs, four name changes, and played a pivotal role in four mergers, with two approved. His forward-thinking approach also contributed to the successful implementation of credit and debit cards, showcasing his adaptability to technological advancements.
