Rocky Mountain Credit Union Names Cyrus Malkin as New President and CEO

January 27, 2025 – Rocky Mountain Credit Union (RMCU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cyrus Malkin as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Malkin brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the credit union and financial services industry, and his vision for the future of RMCU aligns with the credit union’s commitment to providing exceptional financial services to its members and fostering community growth.

Malkin began employment with Rocky Mountain in 2008. He has held various leadership roles throughout his tenure, including Vice President of Risk Management and Controller. Malkin was named Chief Financial Officer of the organization in 2021. He has been an integral part of Rocky Mountain’s success by increasing the investment portfolio’s revenue and strengthening the organization’s liquidity. Malkin also serves on the Asset Liability Committee of Millennium Corporate Credit Union. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Montana State University- Billings.

I am confident that with our dedicated Board of Directors and talented staff, the Credit Union will continue to see success and provide our members with the products and services they need,” said Malkin.
