Exhibitor Registration Now Open

Montana’s Credit Unions will “Ignite the Future” at this year’s Annual Power Up Convention & Expo May 19-20, 2026, at the Helena Civic Center. Join us as we celebrate Montana’s credit unions! Credit union leaders from across the state continue to strive for excellence and overcome challenges to better serve and support their members.

Expo hours are Tuesday & Wednesday – check out the agenda.
(T: 4:00-6:30 p.m., W: 7:30-8:45 a.m., 10:30-11:00 a.m.)

Exhibit booth set-up: Tuesday, May 19, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. MDT
Dismantle exhibit booths: Wednesday, May 20, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. MDT

Exhibitor Registration Ends April 27

We want everyone’s event experience to be welcoming and enjoyable. Please read MCU’s Event Policies, and be sure to share with the individuals who will be representing your company/organization at our event.

Vendor Booth Packages

To register, exhibitors must select one of our two booth packages. If you are not one of our Strategic Alliances or VIP Business Partners, select the Standard Booth option. If you’re interested in joining our VIP Program, contact Kris Jacobsen at 612.244.7138 for more information.

Booth: The package includes: an 8′ wide x 6′ deep pipe and drape booth, one 6′ skirted table, two chairs, one electrical plug, wireless Internet, and a standard booth company name sign. It also includes full conference attendance and meals for ONE person (the Awards Dinner is additional). If you are planning to send more than one person, you need to register each of them as an “Additional Attendee.”

Recognition & Booth Giveaway Prize: You will also be listed in all expo materials, your logo will be included in our PowerPoint presentation, and you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your company while announcing the winner of your giveaway prize item. Please bring one (1) item that will be given away during lunch on Wednesday. You can display your item at your booth, and we will collect names for you to draw from. Credit union attendees must visit each booth to be eligible for the prize drawings. You will receive your booth assignment in an informational email coming in May.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Take advantage of the limited number of sponsorships available for this conference. Our sponsors get additional exposure along with the opportunity to showcase their services. Below are the sponsorships you can choose from for Power Up, broken down by sponsorship amount. They range in price from $500 to $1,500.

$1,500 – 2 Drink Tickets sponsorships available. Choose to sponsor drink tickets on Tuesday night during the Expo or for Wednesday’s Reception.
$1,500 – 1 Breakfast sponsorship available
$1,000 – 1 Entertainment sponsorship, and 1 Tuesday Expo Appetizers sponsorship available
$850 – 2 Keynote Speaker sponsorships available
$600 – 2 General Session Speaker sponsorship available
$500 – 1 Networking Break sponsorship available

If you’re interested in one of these additional sponsorship opportunities, be sure to select them during registration.

FUNdraisiers for MCUCD

To have an additional chance to network with Montana credit union professionals, consider participating in one of the FUNdraisers that benefit MCUCD and its programs – there is both a Golf and a Non-Golf option. Pricing for both these fundraisers is $200 per person.

Golf Hole Sponsorships are available for $200. If your organization would like to sponsor a hole (which includes on-the-course signage) be sure to add that option to your registration. Sponsors are welcome to register to golf but will not be allowed on the course if they’re not registered for the fundraiser and on a golf team.

Non-Golf Sponsorships are available for $500. If your organization would like to sponsor this fun day of networking, please contact Michelle at michelle@mcun.coop. You do not have to participate in the fundraiser to sponsor this event. Your organization will get recognition throughout the non-golf fundraiser as well as our Power Up event.
