It’s October — that means crisp air, falling leaves, and… another director video session available for you!

Ancin Cooley, founder and principal of Synergy Consulting, introduced you to our four-part series with his discussion on Governance last month. This month, the session is shorter (15 minutes), but still full of impactful information and guidance on the timely topic of strategic planning.
