Vendor Involvement Program Highlights

When you become a V.I.P participant, you receive the following benefits:

• Inclusion in the online credit union Solutions Directory
• Scrolling Ad: partner organizations’ logos continuously rotate on the Business Partnership page of the MCU website. Logos are randomized and linked to company webpages.
• Discounted tradeshow registration and preferential booth placement if you choose to exhibit.
• Recognition at our spring “Power Up” and Fall “Be” conferences and, upon request, an advance list of conference registrants.
• Opportunity to include promotional information in the Annual Power Up (200 ppl) or Fall “Be” Conference (80 ppl) attendees’ registration packets.
• Inclusion in the annual V.I.P. Directory digital publication.
• Consideration for sponsorship and speaking opportunities at MCU events.

Cost

The cost of the V.I.P. annual membership is $1,500. In addition, VIP members receive a $300 discount per conference (up to $600 per year). Please refer to the VIP pricing below.

• 2025 Power Up Booth Price: $1,550
  VIP booth and recognition at Power Up (May 22-23 in Helena) and 1 booth representative.
  Additional charges may apply for other amenities you request for this meeting.
• 2025 Fall “Be” Conference Booth Price: $1,500
  VIP booth and recognition at our Fall “Be Well, Live Well” Conference (October 28-30 in Bozeman) and 1 booth representative.
  Additional charges may apply for other amenities you request for this meeting.
