Giving Time in October
September 12, 2018 7:30 amAs credit union volunteer board members, you give time every month to your credit union. We want to capture your hours of dedication in our upcoming Giving Time Campaign in October. Whether it is your monthly board meeting, spending time at a credit union event, or chairing a sub-committee, the time counts and can be reported.
It is also not limited to volunteering you do for the credit union. Any community volunteer time you perform is eligible. Last year, Montana credit unions gave a phenomenal 2,500 hours of volunteer time across Montana in just 19 days. This year we want to build on that success, so the goal is 3,000 hours of service in October to celebrate International Credit Union Day (October 18).
Report Volunteer Hours
Logging your hours is easy! Starting on October 1, simply visit our Giving Time website to plug in your credit union name, the number of hours you volunteered, and a brief description of your community service. Watch the tracker progress as hours are logged from across the state.
We can’t wait to see you be part of this visual and impressive display of the #CUDifference!
