BUSINESS LOAN OFFICER — BUTTE, MT

January 17– Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for a Business Loan Officer position in its Butte branch. The person in this position is responsible for assisting business members with their commercial lending needs, being a resource of information for business members, and building stronger relationships in the business community. Responsibilities will include interviewing business members to determine their needs and obtain relevant documentation to make informed credit decisions, structuring and negotiating terms to close loans, managing a loan portfolio, and performing collections and workouts of troubled loans when necessary. The position also involves participating with local boards and volunteering for various community events. Qualified applicants will have 1 to 3 years of business lending experience (including time spent as a credit analyst) along with strong written and verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. They must be self-motivated with strong sales abilities and excellent computer skills. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration or the equivalent work experience is preferred. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST — KALISPELL, MT

January 10 –  Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Technical Support Analyst III for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position acts as a primary contact for technical support at the credit union. They serve as a point of escalation for technical issues within the technology support team and as the bridge between the technical support team and Whitefish CU’s infrastructure and business solutions teams. This role emphasizes efficient problem resolution, user account management, and system performance improvement while fostering collaboration across departments.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST — KALISPELL, MT

January 10 –  Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Business Systems Analyst for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position is responsible for optimizing efficiencies throughout the organization by performing process evaluation, software configuration, and implementation of new applications to our suite of banking solutions. They provide tiered support of banking software systems including enhancements to existing systems.

LOAN ASSISTANT — MISSOULA, MT

January 3 – MECU, headquartered in Missoula, Montana, is now accepting applications for a Loan Assistant. The person in this role is responsible for supporting various aspects of the credit union’s lending program, backup operations, and teller areas. They also undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the vice president or president. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent. They should also have two years of experience in a financial institution (or related field) or a combination of experience and college-level courses in business. CONSUMER LOAN UNDERWRITER — KALISPELL, MT

January 3 – Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Consumer Loan Underwriter for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position will provide prompt and accurate credit analysis for member service representatives in all Whitefish Credit Union branches and support consumer lenders as needed.

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES — CHEYENNE, WY

December 27 – WyHy FCU is a Wyoming credit union with over $380 million in assets and over 22,000 members. With branches in Cheyenne, Casper, Rock Springs, Lyman, and Green River, WY, their footprint spans the entire state of Wyoming. WyHy is currently looking for the perfect individual to fill the role of Director of Human Resources for its Cheyenne branch as well as the remote locations. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER — MONTANA

December 18 – Intrepid Credit Union is now accepting applications for a Chief Financial Officer. The person in this position will oversee all elements of finance and accounting and help the credit union reach its growth, profitability, and financial performance objectives. They will research, evaluate, and recommend financial/accounting solutions and opportunities for growth to the credit union’s leadership team and board of directors. In partnership with the executive team and direct reports, this leader will administer the credit union investment portfolio, asset/liability management system, and accounting information system.

This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to facilitate long-term growth goals, contribute to strategic planning, and demonstrate strong execution skills. Thorough knowledge of effective accounting principles (GAAP), financial accounting standards, state and federal regulations, and advanced mathematical skills (including investment yield and performance, investment strategy, and interest rate forecasting) will be key to doing the job well. VP of RETAIL SERVICES — MONTANA

December 18 – Intrepid Credit Union is now accepting applications for a VP of Retail Services. The person in this position will be responsible for branch operations (including the call center) and service excellence. They will establish a sales-as-a-service culture and provide leadership to help the branch network achieve desired results. An ability to motivate, solve problems, and build effective teams will be vital to success in this role. The VP of  Retail Services should be someone who is highly adaptable and exhibits a positive attitude towards members and fellow employees while instilling a team atmosphere and spirit of collaboration throughout the branch network. At a minimum, candidates should have at least 5 years of work experience in a financial institution. Ideal candidates will possess 5-8 years of experience in financial institutions and demonstrate progressive leadership responsibilities, preferably in retail branch operations. COMMUNITY MARKETING STRATEGIST — MISSOULA, MT

December 13– Clearwater Credit Union is now accepting applications for a Community Marketing Strategist position in Missoula. This role is vital to the credit union’s ability to build brand awareness, attract new members and employees, and cultivate a loved and trusted brand. The person in this role will plan and support the execution of sponsored community events and activities, credit union events, career fairs, and industry/association partner activities. They’ll also support internal business line partners in executing our community financial education strategy and overseeing the credit union’s internal Brand Ambassador program. Applicants should have an associate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience. PROJECT ANALYST AND MANAGER — KALISPELL, MT

December 4 –  Whitefish Credit Union is looking for a full-time Project Analyst and Manager for its Kalispell Operations Center. The person in this position serves as a solution architect for credit union projects, acting as the conduit for requirements that flow between the project owner and the stakeholders’ teams. They also develop, lead, and manage assigned projects, using established PMO processes to make sure the projects are completed in a timely manner.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER — GREAT FALLS, MT

October 2– 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time Marketing/Communication Manager to join the credit union’s senior management team and work out of its RH School Office in Great Falls. The person in this position will direct all of the credit union’s marketing activities and processes and oversee the marketing budget while also working to increase financial awareness in the Great Falls community and Malmstrom AFB. This includes designing and implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing data traffic and user metrics, and ensuring the consistency of 1st Liberty’s digital tone and presence. They will also help develop e-alert notices and direct marketing communications to help message initiatives, campaigns, programs, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience).
