It’s that time of year again — school is starting, the smoke is clearing from the air, and… our BSA training modules are updated and ready for you to use!

There is a pre-recorded webinar available for either your board or supervisory committee members on our website. We provide them as a dues service, so there is no extra charge and you can watch them when convenient for your committee as a whole, or for individual members to view from the comfort of their home.

In the sessions, I focus specifically on what a board member should see and be kept apprised of in board meetings as it relates to the credit union’s BSA program, and how a supervisory committee is charged with oversight of the board itself and where they should expect information to be provided. Choose the session that fits your role and jot down a few questions for your credit union’s BSA compliance officer if you are wondering about any of the topics brought up.

You’ll find both the BSA for Directors and BSA for Supervisory Committee webinars on our Director Training Tools page (no password required), along with the relevant handouts. The sessions are less both than an hour long and should provide you value in meeting your training requirement and understanding the current state of BSA challenges across Montana.
